We’re sorry you didn’t love your Mina Sportswear.

All Sales are final. If the item you purchased was not on sale, you have 15 days from receiving your order to return. We accept exchanges on items that were not on sale. Please reach out to customercare@minasportswear.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll take care of the rest. Item(s) must be returned to us unused with all Mina Sportswear tags and labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you. 

Please note that, at the moment, we are not accepting returns on international orders. No exceptions. 

Customer service is available Monday through Friday 09:30 AM EST (Miami) to 03:30 PM EST (Miami). Please note they can take up to 48 hours to handle your requests.
